Partial Fix to Cal. Diversion Bill

Last week I

noted

a disastrous change to California law on mental health diversion that was sneaked through the Legislature. Today the Assembly passed a bill to make the change somewhat less disastrous.  SB 215 would exclude some of the more serious offenses.  Dan Walters
