What Biglaw firm, celebrating its bicentennial this year, was founded by Richard Blatchford, who, in addition to his legal practice, was active in the Whig party?

Hint: Blatchford was the first presiding partner of the firm, succeeded by his son, Samuel. Samuel Blatchford went on to serve as a justice on the Supreme Court.
